To accurately assess your current state of health, we take precise measurements. We then define clear goals, create an individual plan and determine realistic steps to optimise your habits. These recommendations are then gradually integrated into your daily life.

In regular coaching sessions, we discuss your progress, identify possible difficulties and determine where you need further support. We measure again, compare the values and set the next goal.
