In a personal coaching session, I will advise you on your lifestyle and give you valuable tips that you can implement into your daily routine. Together we will develop personalised strategies to optimise your habits and improve your health.
In order to assess your current state of health, we will measure various parameters. Together we will define your goals. We will create a plan and set realistic steps to optimise your habits. The suggestions will then become part of your everyday life. You will have regular personal coaching sessions. We will discuss your progress, any challenges you are facing and where you need additional support. We will measure again. We will compare values and set the next goal. Throughout the health coaching process, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp whenever needed, and we’ll be here to assist you. For maximum results, we recommend combining the coaching with personal training.
