FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How can I start Personal Training?
Simply book a non-binding introductory appointment online. This session lasts approximately 20 minutes and gives you the opportunity to discuss your goals and wishes with us in a relaxed setting. If it is a good fit for both sides, we will then arrange your personal introduction to Personal Training. During this appointment, we will review your health questionnaire together, carry out a body assessment, define your goals and determine your individual training plan.
Do I have to book a specific number of hours per week?
No. You decide how many training sessions per week suit you best and can be easily integrated into your daily routine. We adapt flexibly to your needs.
Is parking available at the Private Studio?
