Our boot camp in Basel is the ideal 10-week challenge to take your fitness to the next level. In intensive training sessions, we focus on strength, endurance and flexibility – all in small groups directly at the Theater Basel and with your personal trainer Mary Carmen. The boot camp combines functional training and HIIT to challenge you both mentally and physically and achieve real results. For those who want to continue their fitness journey on holiday, we offer active holidays in Croatia. Here you can experience the boot camp feeling in a breathtaking environment. Surrounded by the nature of Croatia, we complete daily training sessions together that strengthen body and mind while you enjoy the sun, sea and fresh air.
