06.15 am – 07.15 am Morning Yoga
07.15 a.m. – 08.15 am breakfast
08.15 am – 10.00 am Training Classes
11.00 am – 1.00 pm Time for you & light lunch buffet
17.00 – 18.00 Conditioning in the sea
18.00 – 21.00 evening meal
9.00 p.m. – 10.00 pm Relaxing Yin Yoga
22.00 pm Night rest
