In a personal meeting, we will discuss what you have done in fitness training so far and what your goal is. I will show you the possibilities for working together and we will meet at your gym for the next appointment. There we will go through your individual training plan. Once you feel comfortable, it’s time to implement the training app. This will be continuously adapted to you so that you also make progress. I’ll regularly check in to see how you’re doing in your fitness training and see if you’re neglecting your plan. In this case, we’ll send you reminders that the gym misses you!
