Domizil Personal Training is designed for people who have their own fitness space or for older adults who find it difficult to travel to the gym. The training is designed according to your personal needs and goals.

 

We start with a first meeting at your home. I will check the space and facilities available for future training. We will discuss your wishes and goals and clarify the requirements for a successful collaboration. If all is well, we will arrange a follow-up appointment. We will conduct an assessment to determine your current physical condition and overall fitness. Based on this analysis, I will create a training plan and guide you through the training process step by step. We will have regular tests to measure your progress, allowing you to set clear goals and track them effectively.

 

Together, we will find individual and situation-specific approaches and solutions to enable us to work together in the best possible way. I can provide additional equipment as needed or requested to ensure that our partnership is successful. We emphasise a holistic approach that takes into account your individual circumstances and goals. Training will be continuously adjusted to your daily condition and performance level, ensuring we provide optimal support while prioritizing your health. Open communication is key to successful training results. It helps to identify lifestyle patterns and improve your health in everyday life. To help you achieve your goals in a flexible manner and make the most efficient use of your time, we work closely with you. In our conversations, I analyse aspects such as sleep, stress, diet and lifestyle to recommend optimising measures.
