Personal Training

Personal training is a personalised and individualised form of training that is tailored to your needs and goals to improve your wellbeing and health. Through the sustainability, variety and effectiveness of the training, long-term positive changes in your fitness, health and quality of life are achieved.

 

The focus is on achieving your personal health goal. This may include weight loss, muscle building, improving stamina, recovering from an injury or improving your overall wellbeing.

We focus on functional movement patterns and your specific goals during training sessions. To get an overview of your current physical condition, we start with an assessment. Based on this, I will develop an initial training plan and gradually guide you through the personal training sessions.

 

There are also tests to measure your level of fitness and a clear definition of your progress. Training will follow a structured plan, but will always be adapted to your day-to-day form and ability to ensure you are getting the most out of your training. Through intensive one-to-one interaction, we can work flexibly and purposefully towards your goals, making efficient and comprehensive use of your time.

A key component of personal training is communication. My aim is to identify lifestyle patterns in order to promote holistic health improvement in your daily life. During our discussions, I analyse various factors such as sleep, daily stress, diet and lifestyle. These elements are crucial in providing recommendations to fundamentally optimise and improve your health.
